  • To Confirm enterprise capability to undergo a change
  • To deliver a transition Architecture ( Intermediate ) to ensure business continuity
  • To gain consensus on Migration and Implementation

Steps to be followed in this phase

Transition Architecture is a intermediate Architecture stage between baseline architecture and target architecture
